Welcome to Wireless Health 2015

2015 THEME: Monitoring to Intervention: Actualizing Precision Medicine

We had an amazing array of presenters including a sophomore in high school named Adam Yee who presented a full paper! The panels, presentations, and papers were outstanding and ranged from Aging to HIV. This year, the Wireless Health Conference broke registration records with 338 registrants. We broadcasted the conference live to all NIH global offices to try to include all in the discovery of new and cutting edge thinking and research in wireless health.

We thank those who attended, those who listened in to the live webcast, those who chimed in on social media and especially to our world-reknowned Steering and Technical Program Committee made up of the best and brightest in wireless health, engineering, scientific and medical research.

We are witnessing a ground swell of support from all research, science, medical and engineering practices and hope you will encourage your friends and colleagues to join us next year!

Don’t forget to take the Wireless Health Conference Survey and tell us what you thought about this year’s conference!

The annual Wireless Health Conference series invites cutting edge wireless, connected and mobile health research from engineering, computer science, biomedical and health disciplines. The 2015 conference will be held October 14-16, 2015 at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

The unique mission of the Wireless Health conference is to provide the highest‐quality academic, health and industrial research forum to develop an international community to accelerate the development and adoption of new wireless, mobile and connected technologies for improving health and lowering costs. Central to this mission is the creation of a nurturing research forum that creates an opportunity for trans-disciplinary and cross-sector collaboration. This unique meeting brings together members of the health and technology research communities, device manufacturers, health service providers, and federal policy makers. Wireless Health 2015 will offer an outstanding set of peer‐reviewed papers and abstracts, interactive workshops and tutorials, emerging application demonstrations, and world‐renowned keynote speakers.
